User Agreement
Version 1.0 — Effective from 01.01.2026
1. General Provisions
This User Agreement (hereinafter — the Agreement) constitutes a public offer pursuant to Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and defines the terms of use of the Tagbook internet platform (hereinafter — the Platform).
By registering on the Platform, the User confirms full acquaintance with and acceptance of this Agreement (acceptance of the offer).
The Platform provides services for hosting numismatic collection catalogs, conducting coin and medal auctions, and related information services.
2. Registration and Account
To use the Platform functionality, the User must complete the registration procedure providing accurate data: email address and nickname.
The User is responsible for the security of their credentials and all actions performed using their account.
The User undertakes not to transfer access to their account to third parties.
The Platform Administration reserves the right to block or delete a User's account in case of violation of this Agreement.
3. User Rights and Obligations
The User has the right to: post information about their collections, participate in auctions as a seller or buyer, use the coin catalog for reference purposes.
The User undertakes to: not post materials violating the legislation of the Russian Federation; not use the Platform for fraudulent activities; provide accurate information about lots put up for auction.
The User bears full responsibility for the authenticity and description of lots put up for auction. In case of selling a counterfeit item, the Platform reserves the right to void the transaction.
4. Platform Rights and Obligations
The Platform undertakes to: ensure service availability, ensure the safety of Users' personal data, promptly handle inquiries and complaints.
The Platform reserves the right to: make changes to functionality without prior notice; restrict access to certain features; moderate User content.
5. Liability
The Platform is not liable for losses arising from actions or inactions of third parties, or for service interruptions caused by technical reasons.
Disputes between Users are resolved by them independently. The Platform may act as a mediator at the request of parties but is not a party to the dispute.
6. Final Provisions
This Agreement is effective indefinitely from the moment of User registration and may be amended by the Platform unilaterally. The current version is published on this page.
By continuing to use the Platform after changes are made, the User confirms their consent to the updated version of the Agreement.
