This Privacy Policy is developed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 'On Personal Data' and defines the procedure for processing and protecting personal data of Tagbook Platform Users.

By registering on the Platform, the User consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with this Policy.

During registration: email address, nickname (public name), password (in hashed form).

During use: IP address, browser data, uploaded media files, auction transaction data.

User identification, ensuring Platform functionality including auction participation and collection catalog management.

Generation of commission and purchase contracts, commission payment accounting.

Ensuring Platform security and fraud prevention.

Personal data is stored on secure servers. Organizational and technical measures are applied to prevent unauthorized access.

Personal data retention period: for the duration of the User's account and 3 years after its deletion, unless otherwise required by law.

Personal data is not transferred to third parties, except as required by RF legislation (upon request of authorized bodies).

Anonymized statistical data may be used to improve Platform operations.

The User has the right to: obtain information about processed data, request changes or deletion, withdraw consent by written notice to the contact details on the Contacts page.
