Commission Terms

1. Buyer Commission
The buyer pays a commission of 10% on top of the winning lot amount. The commission is calculated automatically and reflected in the purchase and sale contract.

For example, if a lot is won for 10,000 RUB, the buyer pays 10,000 + 1,000 (10%) = 11,000 RUB.
2. Seller Commission
The seller pays a commission of 10% of the lot sale price. The commission is automatically withheld from the seller's proceeds.

For example, if a lot sells for 10,000 RUB, the seller receives 10,000 - 1,000 (10%) = 9,000 RUB.
3. Calculation Example
Example: Lot sold for 10,000 RUB
Buyer pays: 10,000 + 1,000 (10% commission) = 11,000 RUB
Seller receives: 10,000 - 1,000 (10% commission) = 9,000 RUB
Platform revenue: 1,000 + 1,000 = 2,000 RUB
Total effective commission: 20% of lot amount
4. Contract Documentation
Commission terms are documented in the commission contract (for the seller) and the purchase and sale contract (for the buyer). Both contracts are generated automatically with unique numbers.
Contracts are signed electronically on the Platform by clicking the 'Sign Contract' button.
