Auction Rules

Version 1.0 — Effective from 01.01.2026

1. General Provisions

Auctions on the Platform are conducted in electronic form. Listing lots at auction constitutes a public offer pursuant to Articles 437, 494, 497 (paragraph 3) of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

Participation in auctions is available to registered Platform users who have accepted these Rules and the User Agreement.

2. Listing Lots (Seller)

The Seller creates an auction, adds lots with descriptions, photos, and starting prices. The lot description must be accurate and complete.

Before publishing the auction, the Seller must sign a standard electronic commission contract. The contract is generated automatically with a unique number and date.

The Seller confirms that they are the lawful owner of the items listed and have the right to sell them.

The Platform commission for the seller is 10% of the lot sale price and is withheld from the proceeds.

3. Bidding (Buyer)

The Buyer places bids on lots. A bid is a commitment to purchase the lot in case of winning. The Buyer cannot withdraw a placed bid.

The Platform operates a proxy bidding system: the buyer specifies the maximum amount, and the system automatically raises the bid within the specified maximum in bidding increments.

The buyer commission is 10% on top of the winning lot amount.

In the last 5 minutes of bidding, the anti-sniping mechanism is activated: each new bid extends bidding by 5 minutes.

4. Auction Completion and Purchase Contract

At the end of bidding for each lot, the winner is determined — the participant with the highest bid.

The winner must sign an electronic purchase and sale contract. The contract is generated automatically and contains lot data, price, buyer commission, and total amount payable.

Payment must be made within 7 (seven) calendar days from signing the purchase and sale contract.

5. Authenticity Guarantees

The Seller guarantees the authenticity of listed items. The claim period for authenticity is 3 (three) years from the date of purchase, in accordance with the statute of limitations under the Civil Code of the RF.

In case of a confirmed counterfeit, the Platform facilitates a full refund to the buyer.

Disputed cases may be resolved through independent expert examination at the expense of the losing party.

6. Restrictions

It is prohibited to list items whose circulation is prohibited or restricted under RF legislation.

The Seller may not place bids on their own lots.

The Platform reserves the right to remove a lot or block an auction upon discovering violations.

7. Force Majeure and Liability

The Platform is not liable for technical failures, delays, or interruptions not caused by its fault.

All disputes arising in connection with auctions are subject to resolution in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
